A short interactive standalone course on an Introduction to Food Hygiene. This course will cover the basic knowledge and practice required for food safety. This course is non certified however it is a good stepping stone for the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland Introduction to Food Hygiene or Elementary Food Hygiene Courses.
