Description
What equipment you will need to follow the recipes on this course.
Pots and Pans
1) Standards pots small, medium & large (non-stick or stainless steel).
2) Frying pan (non-stick if possible).
3) Steamer set (triple layer set if possible this will allow you to cook all your vegetables in the best way, the base can be for potatoes & the upper pans for green veg).
4) Casserole pot (large size pot with Oven proof lid & handles) – not essential but helpful.
Knives and Implements
1) Large Kitchen knife
2) Small vegetable/pairing knife
3) Wooden spoons & or Spatulas (Silicon type)
Crockery and Accessories
1) Mixing bowls (glass, plastic or stainless steel), a large one will cover all bases,
2) Measuring Jug (up to 1 Litre, glass or Plastic)
3) Measuring Spoons.
4) Baking Foil
5) Cling Film or Food wrap
6) Greaseproof paper
