Simple Home Cooking
Home Cooking can be easy, you do not need to be a chef or highly skilled to make simple delicious meals. The intention of this course is to give you some basic skills and hopefully more confidence to make good food and try new ideas. The course will give you hints & tips on what basic utensils to have and how to use them, what to keep on standby in your cupboards as core food items.
We also will give you some straightforward recipes for daily meals, lunches & dinners. Guide you through Batch cooking which will let you make meals in advance so when time is tight it is easy to pull together a meal.
