Community Learning and Development (CLD) is part of Inverclyde Council and provide FREE learning services for all residents across Inverclyde.  It may have been some time since you left school or further education.  CLD offer you the chance to brush up on old skills or learn new skills.  Learning with CLD is easy.  You are the customer and you get to choose what you want to learn.
